Proofs will be sent to the email you order from. Proofing emails come hello @ thecookeco.com - please be sure you have our email in your contacts as often times it goes to spam. We will not send to production without your approval. We send reminders for proofs and will reach out separately via email if we don't hear back. If one month has passed since we originally sent your proof and we haven't heard back, we will refund your custom vinyls.

Our vinyl stickers are waterproof, UV proof, scratch resistant, and super durable! Printed on durable SUPER high quality vinyl with a clear, MATTE laminate to seal the print.

During testing, we found that print quality wasn't altered with dishwasher use, we always recommend hand washing any drinkware that you use vinyl stickers on. The extreme heat from a dishwasher can shorten the life of your stickers. We also do not recommend for use on cars - our material is rated for outdoor use and many have good outcomes but we didn't love the performance ourselves.
